Just read your comment on Metafilter, I&#039;ve just discovered this wonderful stuff too.  I think I had the same box, covered with glowing prose describing how wonderful it is.   I tend to use it to replace rice, cooking it in my rice cooker with a bit of garlic and some herbs to complement the flavour.</description>
