Dr. Fauth recommends rewatching this every 3-6 months. I see new stuff every time, (there’s a lamp post in that iconic Sixth Avenue shot; the Vegas waitress on the far right can’t stop giggling), and my understanding of what it means also keeps shifting. Best insight: you could totally remake this movie, shot for shot, with scenes taken from GTA: San Andreas. Yes, really. One of my top ten films of all time; it’s pure cinema.
